Detox diet

Any detox diet is aimed at cleansing the body of toxins. When we eat according to a certain pattern and certain products, the metabolism in the body improves, toxins and excess fluid are eliminated, and the extra kilograms, respectively, go away. There are many variants of the detox diet, but as a rule, they all share common rules and goals. Dietitians advise for the time of the detox diet as often as possible to eat vegetable and berry mixes – they help to remove toxins and harmful decomposition products from the body, and at the same time saturate the body with useful vitamins.

Preparatory period of detox diet
Even the shortest detox diet is recommended not to pass more than 2 times a year. Directly the purification program lasts an average of a week, but has a preparatory period, as well as a period of exit from the diet, all three phases being equally important. So be ready to take a month for this event: two or three weeks will take the process of preparing for a detox diet, a week of the diet itself, and another week to get out of it. During the detox diet can lose from 2 to 5 kilograms. During it, the body begins to consume fat deposits to generate energy, for better effect in losing weight – it is important to follow the preparatory regime, and adhere to the recommended diet throughout the diet.

The preparatory period is very important, approach it with all seriousness. At this time, make up your diet based on the following rules.

For breakfast, make herbal tea, and the main dish for the beginning of the day can be: Herculean porridge, cooked on the water without the addition of salt Salad of fruits (apples, citrus) Freshly squeezed juices from vegetables and fruits or their mixes.

Lunch and dinner based on these recommendations: Salad of vegetables, season with lemon juice and a spoon of olive oil. Add sprouted sprouts to the salad, for example, wheat. Or seeds. Porridge is allowed on the water. And low-fat protein meals a couple of times a week (chicken breast, white fish) Bread choose from cereals or wholemeal flour. Prepare a dish of legumes (beans, lentils) Eat one unsweet fruit. Drink tea from herbs (anise, fennel, echinacea, dandelion, mint, licorice, oregano, St. John’s wort, or cowberry leaf) and also tea with ginger and lemon – it speeds up metabolism. Add parsley and celery to the dishes.

Diet diet for a week

Day 1 Breakfast: mix juice from fresh apple, beets and carrots 250 ml, bread with bran 2pcs. Breakfast 2: salad from boiled grated beets, with the addition of prunes and walnuts (you can fill with a spoon of olive oil). Lunch: chicken breast for a couple (about 200 g) with spinach, without the addition of salt. Snack: apple or grapefruit. Dinner: 100 g curd with zero percent fat, or yogurt 200 g low-fat, unsweetened and without fillers.

Day 2 During the day, there is a low-fat boiled fish without the addition of salt. On the side dish, boil green beans, or broccoli and spinach. You can pour a spoon of olive oil. From drinks – half a glass of celery juice and water throughout the day.

Day 3 Breakfast: 200 g of boiled rice, a glass of freshly squeezed celery juice. Lunch: 300 ml. Soup-puree from broccoli with herbs, rye bread 3 pcs. Snack: 200 g of boiled green beans with a spoon of olive oil. Supper: 250 grams of salad (cabbage, beets, carrots), seasoned with lemon juice, 100 grams of boiled buckwheat porridge without salt.

Day 4 Prepare 2 liters of a mixture of grapefruit juice, orange juice and lemon in equal proportions. Add 1 liter of still water, drink all day.

Day 5 Breakfast: 200 grams of fruit salad (apples or citrus fruits), rye bread 2 pcs. An hour after breakfast: 3 bran breads, 250 grams of fresh cabbage salad, carrots, celery, cranberries and apples with one spoon of olive oil. Lunch: bean soup 200-300 g, 100 grams of sauerkraut (without sugar!) With a spoon of vegetable oil. Dinner: 100 grams of fish per pair, with fresh cabbage salad or carrots.

Day 6 Breakfast: 100 g of boiled green beans. An hour after breakfast: 250 ml. Juice mix of grapefruit, orange, lemon. Lunch: Green salad 150 g, buckwheat porridge 150 g, cook without salt. Snack: 1 apple. Supper: boiled beans 100 g, cut tomatoes with herbs – 200 g.

Day 7 Bake a half kilogram of apples with cinnamon, honey and lemon rind, divided into four meals during the day. Exit in the same place as the entrance. It is extremely important to prepare the body for a detox diet. But it is equally important and right to get out of the cleansing program.

General advice: Following the detox diet of 5-7 days should be eaten approximately the same as in the preparatory stage. After that, you can gradually move to the usual diet, increasing the calorie content of foods in the diet. It should also be taken into account: dieticians are advised for a time detox diet to give up serious physical exertion. The fact is that during the detox diet, the body gets a certain stress and it is not worth overloading it unnecessarily. Wait until the end of the detox program and resume fitness activity to the extent you like.
